Optima contains other products and information you need, so please check it out.
We specialize in the supply of primary and secondary tire recycling systems, with options that can process any tire size made today, that can reduce whole tires to any size ½ (12mm) or larger. We do not offer crumb rubber production systems.
Here are some typical system solutions:
All over the world there are mining sites have large tires stacked up, just waiting for companies to offer a viable business model to remove them. There is a US company that offers OTR tire debeading machinery, and SSI has developed a machine that can accept preconditioned OTRs and reduce them to 4-6 (100-150mm) nominal chunks in one pass. These chunks can then be introduced into our conventional TDF or wire free production systems for conversion into marketable products.
The company is the world’s best tire recycle machine supplier. We are your one-stop shop for all needs. Our staff are highly-specialized and will help you find the product you need.
The SSI Model SR900 Uni-Shear® machine is available with a unique tire processing package that allows it to accept pre-shredded tires and reduce them at high capacities (upto 10+ tons per hour, depending on the horsepower and internal screen selected) to small ½ to 1 (12-25mm) chips. The SR900 strips steel away from the rubber as its processing, which allows the use of magnetic systems after the machine to extract liberated steel from the rubber materials.
Historically, most tire derived fuel users have accepted 2 nominal (50-75mm) tire chips for use in their kilns, incinerators or other industrial energy production systems. More recently, they have been looking for smaller and smaller materials. The key to success for tire processors is to work with their customers to find a balance between chip production costs, and what the fuel users are willing to pay for the finished material. SSI offers a wide range of systems to make TDF at capacities up to 30 tons per hour. Our most popular systems make 2 nominal materials at 10 tons per hour from batch loaded auto, truck, agricultural and light industrial tires.
Also known as Rough Shredders, Single-Pass Shredders are commonly used in landfill applications to destroy tires prior to using them in the landfill cells, or to densify materials prior to transportation to a centralized processing facility. SSI offers these shredders in both stationary and mobile configurations and they can be re-deployed for service in a chip production system at any time.
